Code of Business Ethics and Creative Conduct

1. Purpose & Scope

This Code of Conduct outlines the ethical principles and professional standards that guide the actions of all employees, freelancers, contractors, partners, and representatives of Walking Frames Productions Private Limited, a company specializing in video production, design, animation, and marketing services. Our creative work reflects our values, and we are committed to integrity, fairness, transparency, and excellence in everything we do.

3. Client Relationships

  • We treat all clients with honesty, respect, and transparency.
  • We deliver work that meets or exceeds agreed-upon expectations, timelines, and budgets.
  • We maintain the confidentiality of client information and respect intellectual property rights.
  • We never misrepresent our capabilities, results, or outcomes.
  • We avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any that may arise.

4. Creative Integrity & Intellectual Property

  • All creative work must be original or properly licensed. Plagiarism, unauthorized use of media, or misappropriation of others’ work is strictly prohibited.
  • We respect copyrights, trademarks, and licensing terms in all content we use or create.
  • When using AI-generated content, we will clearly understand and follow licensing rules and ethical guidelines.
  • We credit artists, collaborators, and sources where applicable.
  • We secure all necessary releases and permissions, including model, talent, music, and location releases.

5. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

  • We are committed to creating a workplace and content that is inclusive and respectful of all races, genders, sexual orientations, religions, cultures, and backgrounds.
  • We avoid and speak out against offensive, discriminatory, or stereotypical content in our creative work.
  • We support fair hiring and professional growth opportunities for people from underrepresented backgrounds in media and design.

6. Workplace Conduct

  • We maintain a safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplace.
  • Discrimination, bullying, intimidation, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated.
  • We uphold clear and respectful communication, especially in feedback and collaborative processes.
  • We encourage open dialogue and provide safe avenues for reporting concerns.
  • We follow health and safety procedures at office, on set, and on client premises, including vendor and location compliance.

7. Marketing Ethics

  • We practice truthful advertising and do not engage in deceptive or manipulative marketing tactics.
  • We clearly label paid promotions, sponsored content, or influencer partnerships.
  • We protect user data and privacy in all digital campaigns and comply with regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and others.
  • We substantiate marketing claims and comply with platform policies for content, advertising, and data.
  • We represent our clients truthfully and responsibly in all campaigns.

8. Environmental & Social Responsibility

  • We aim to reduce our environmental impact through sustainable production practices, such as minimizing waste, reducing travel when possible, and using digital tools effectively.
  • We support projects and clients that promote positive social change.
  • We actively consider the social impact of the messages we help convey.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • We safeguard all internal and client-related data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
  • Employees must follow internal protocols regarding the use and storage of sensitive data.
  • We follow defined data retention and secure deletion schedules.
  • We do not input confidential client data into public AI tools unless expressly permitted in writing.
  • We comply with all relevant data protection laws and ethical standards.

10. Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward bribery, corruption, or any form of unethical inducement.
  • We do not offer, request, or accept bribes, kickbacks, improper gifts, or payments to gain or retain business advantages.
  • We comply with all local, national, and international anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations.
  • We maintain accurate books and records that fairly reflect all transactions.
  • Any suspected violation will be investigated promptly and addressed with appropriate corrective action.

11. Compliance with Laws & Regulations

  • We operate in full compliance with local, national, and international laws, including:

    â—¦ Data protection and privacy laws
    â—¦ Anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws

12. Reporting & Whistleblowing

  • We encourage all team members to report unethical behavior, violations of this code, or any misconduct.
  • Reports can be made confidentially to hr@wfpstudios.com
  • Reports will be reviewed promptly and investigated impartially.
  • Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited.

13. Enforcement & Accountability

  • Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, including termination of contracts or employment.
  • Leadership is responsible for modeling ethical behavior and enforcing this Code consistently.
  • Regular reviews will be conducted to keep this Code current and aligned with our values and legal obligations.

Acknowledgment

All employees, freelancers, and partners are expected to read, understand, and adhere to this Code of Conduct. Upon joining or partnering with Walking Frames Productions Private Limited, a signed acknowledgment may be required.

His ability to fuse creativity with purpose has earned him a distinguished reputation in the industry.
As the Founder & CEO of  WFP Studios, Aashish has overseen the successful delivery of over 300 projects, collaborating with 100+ satisfied clients. His leadership philosophy is simple: every project is a collaboration, and every shared vision inspires a creative journey. A graduate in Animation from Whistling Woods International, Mumbai, and an Executive MBA from IIM Nagpur, she seamlessly combines artistic expertise with strategic acumen to craft impactful content and innovative solutions.
Mili has collaborated with some of  the industry’s most prestigious production houses, contributing to over  150 animated videos and delivering compelling content across diverse platforms. Her efforts have been instrumental in executing complex projects with precision and purpose.
As Co-Founder and COO, Mili is driven by the belief  that every project is an opportunity to innovate and push creative boundaries. Her leadership ensures that each initiative at WFP Studios meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Having successfully overseen the seamless delivery of more than 210 projects, Mili has earned the trust of 100+ clients across industries. Her unwavering dedication to quality, innovation, and collaboration continues to position WFP Studios as a leader in the media production industry, inspiring new possibilities in every endeavor.
